- The Jersey Attitude is interested in dedicated, competitive and determined players.
- Players must participate in winter workout sessions.
- Players must attend team practices and commit to practicing on their own.
- Players must be willing to accept challenges both physically and mentally.
- The spring season can yield 50 plus games with the possibility of playing seven games in a weekend.
- Players should be able to commit to this type of schedule which will be played on Saturdays and Sundays.
- Players must be willing to learn from their mistakes.
- Players must be team oriented.
- Outside of school softball, which will not conflict with our schedule, the Attitude must be the priority sport.
- The Attitude offers athletes a positive, team oriented environment, with an opportunity for players to grow
their game in a competitive atmosphere.
