The Jersey Attitude has exceeded their 2010 goals and proudly stands on their many accomplishments. Playing at least 75 tournament softball games and earning two championships throughout 2010, players and coaches should be commended for their tireless efforts.
Team unity and respect continue to be the focus for which this team is based upon. Individual player growth ultimately brought team success in the form of confidence and victories.
Having advanced to the 14-u level, the Attitude performed wonderfully. At this point in the team's plan, winning is not necessarily an accurate way to gauge progress. Mismatched at times against teams two years older, the Attitude learned to exercise courage and grit to get the job done. And that they did!
In the last tournament of the fall season, Team Attitude, played five games of softball in a single day, and advanced to the semi-final round of play. Players, exhausted and weakened, gave it their all.
Winning is our goal but losing is a fact of life. Team Attitude is trained to "Lose With Respect." Giving your best is all that you can possibly do each time you take to the field. And when you have a roster of players doing their best, success is the only word that will justly describe this undeniable display of athleticism and drive.
Anticipation of the 2011 season, set to begin in mid-January, has already begun and players are eager to reunite and rise up to bigger and better challenges. Go Attitude! Thank You For Visiting!
